Our At Your Service program champions numerous local charities through associate volunteerism and empowers every LT associate with a paid day off each year to serve. Our associates can also serve on local and international mission trips to underserved areas. All donations made by associates are eligible to be 100% matched by the company.
At your service
Our associate volunteerism program, At Your Service, is the cornerstone of our commitment to community involvement and social responsibility. It allows our associates to come together to make a difference at the organizations that matter most to them. Associates choose from several monthly service opportunities and receive a paid day off to volunteer. Through At Your Service, our associates not only contribute to the well-being of our community but also build stronger connections with their coworkers while focusing on our core value of Others First.
Predisan Mission Trip
We are committed to making a positive impact beyond our immediate community. Our Predisan Mission Trip to Honduras is an example of that commitment. Each year, we sponsor a team of LT associates to travel to Honduras with a team of medical professionals, where they provide much-needed surgeries and medical care, support local healthcare initiatives, and engage in community-building activities. Our associates return with inspiring stories, resilience, and incredible bonds formed through this life-changing experience.
