Monthly Awards
Each month, operations associates are nominated, and one is selected to win the service excellence award and cash prize.
A top-performing recruiter or sales associates wins this designation and cash prize each month.
Managers are nominated by their teams, and one is selected by a panel as the monthly winner.
Yearly Awards
The coveted, peer-voted MAX award has a long history of representing the associate from each team who makes the most profound impact on their fellow coworkers.
The Jennifer Butler Service Excellence Award honors the legacy of Jennifer Butler, a former LT associate whose dedication to exceptional service continues to inspire us. This award recognizes individuals who embody her commitment to top-notch service.
This award celebrates outstanding achievement displayed by a recruiter or sales associate who made immense contributions to the company, their customers, and their fellow associates.
This award recognizes an exceptional leader who demonstrates outstanding management skills, fosters a positive and productive work environment, and drives team success through effective communication and collaboration, while empowering them to reach their full potential.
Operational Excellence
Each year, our top-performing operations team members have a chance to win the Operational Excellence (OpEx) award, designed to celebrate excellence in delivering the highest quality service to our clients and clinicians. OpEx winners enjoy a gala and generous cash prize.
President's Club
Once a year, our top-performing sales and recruiting associates work to earn a spot in the prestigious President’s Club, which includes an exclusive vacation to first-class resorts, in both US and international destinations.
Celebrating Milestones
Our unique 15-year sabbatical program is designed to show our appreciation for long-term dedication and hard work. After 15 years of service, associates are given a fully paid month off to completely disconnect from work and recharge. This time away allows our associates to pursue personal passions, travel, or simply relax and rejuvenate. It’s our way of saying thank you for their commitment and ensuring they come back refreshed and inspired.
Generous sabbaticals continue to be given at every 5-year milestone after the 15-year mark.
